Dinner Menu substitutions may be [possible with advance notice.  Brunch is  is prepared as ordered onboard.  Due to the limited size of our galley we are unable to prepare Kosher Food or accommodate for strict food allergies.

Downline boardings are permitted; Please call or email so may be prepared accordingly.  Guests may leave the train prior to final destination to visit the location of their choice.   

One-way travel is offered for purchase on some dates.

We have very limited storage space.  Please do not bring any bags larger than you would be allowed to store under an airline seat. 

Our historic circa 1950 Dining Car has no clearances for wheelchair users.  Level boarding is available for guests who have difficulty negotiating steps.  All Amtrak trains are ADA compliant.  Guests may purchase tickets directly from Amtrak for their travel.  Amtrak offers food and beverages for sale on some trains.

Well behaved children are welcome aboard.  Regular fares apply.  We have no facilities to safely accommodate infants.  

It is customary for guests to reward the service crew for their fine service at the conclusion of the journey.

Casual dressy attire is recommended. Gentlemen remove their hats when entering the Dining Car and refrain from wearing tee-shorts or tank tops.  Comfortable walking shoes are highly recommended.  For safety no flip-flop type shoes please.  

Smoking/vaping is not permitted aboard the train.  There may be smoking stops on trips of long duration.

Guests may select their favorite beverage from a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages appropriate to the hour.  Please accept that storage limitations exist.  We serve alcoholic beverages only while traveling within New York State.  

Group discounts are offered.  Private charter arrangements are available to a variety of destinations; with day trips from New York City starting at $7,500 all inclusive.  

Railroad Passenger Services LLC (RPS) [adba Rail & Cruise Travel Center] acts only in the capacity of agents for the suppliers in all matters pertaining to hotel accommodations, sightseeing tours, dining, entertainment, and transportation whether by railroad, motorbus, motorcar, steamship, or plane and as such we shall not be liable for an injury, personal injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason of any defect in any vehicle or through the acts or default of any company or person engaged in conveying the passenger, or in carrying out the arrangements of the tour(s), or otherwise in connection therewith. RPS reserves the right to withdraw a tour or any part thereof, to make alterations to the itinerary of any tour, or to substitute hotels and railroad cars, as RPS deems necessary or desirable. RPS reserves the right to establish a reasonable code of conduct for tour members. RPS reserves the right to decline to accept or retain any person as a member of a tour at any time. RPS tour arrangements are non-transferable and only valid for the party originally issued to. No refunds will be granted for services not used by the tour member. All rates are in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise noted. SMOKING will not be permitted in railroad cars, motorbuses, nor at group meal sittings. The acceptance of any service provided as part of a RPS tour, or of any ticket or voucher, shall be deemed to be acceptance of and consent by the tour member to these conditions and the cancellation policy.
